Dear Metalheads,
 
for the first time, Metal Battle will be extending its wings to the mystical far east. Painkiller Magazine has proudly brought Metal Battle 08’ officially into China mainland this year, following up with serial contests throughout Chinese-speaking territory from May to July, an Opening ceremony, 4 rounds of band-competitions and a Final would be included among the contests, plus the exclusive surprise that the winner in China could grab themselves a chance to participate W.O.A 2008!!! This ongoing Metal Battle China area contest would be the debut cooperation between W.O.A and Painkiller Magazine, set to build up a solid connection between Chinese local scene and the international heavy music worldwide. Time to get our heads banged.
